194194 * Used the contents of the 0m03-closing.txt to create summary post for the last iteration:
     195
196With the end of ITERATION_03 comes our regular summary, about what have been done. At first look our results are not very impressive we've managed to complete 40 out of 113 task. But on the other hand even though that the percentage of tasks that reached implementation ok status is not so high the count of successful tasks is far more than the previous sprints.
     197
198The server team manged to finished all their coding tasks and even one from the ITERATION_04, as a result of that we've now have functional Hudson build server and operational Sophie2 testing server. Other teams also did a good job and now we have implemented JWS deployment of Sophie2 Author.
     199
200On 15 of December was launched our first release which is now available at http://sophie2.org/trac/wiki/Download , now we're looking toward our second release which is planned for 13 of February.
     201
202The conclusions of the ITERATION_03 closing are:
     203What went well:
     204 * New PCs
205 * Server team finished all their tasks
     206 * Team split
207 * Progress checks are useful
     208 * Done more discussions
     209 * Utilize other rooms
210 * New team members integrated
211 * Some people with global vision
     212What could be better:
213 * Discipline and respecting the process
214 * Availability of some remote team members
     215 * Need better organization
216 * Small percentage of finished tasks
     217 * Better productivity needed
195218After discussions in which participated all team members, we've decided that we need to work in several directions in order to improve our work:
196   * Improve self discipline - we must respect the process and follow the established rules strictly (commit daily reports, use internal backlog, provide information about our availability)
197   * Better organization between teams - all team leaders need to improve their communication with their team members and other teams
198   * Provide and discuss ideas about improvement - all team members are encouraged to propose different ways for improving our productivity (the proposals may concern all aspects of our work process)
199   * Work towards the overall goal - we need to have better overall view of the project
200   * Team leaders do daily reviews - this is one of the ways to improve the team communication and improve discipline
219 * Improve self discipline - we must respect the process and follow the established rules strictly (commit daily reports, use internal backlog, provide information about our availability in advance)
220 * Better organization between teams - all team leaders need to improve their communication with their team members and other teams
221 * Provide and discuss ideas about improvement - all team members are encouraged to propose different ways for improving our productivity (the proposals may concern all aspects of our work process)
222 * Work towards the overall goal - we need to have better overall view of the project
223 * Team leaders do daily reviews - this is one of the ways to improve the team communication and improve discipline
