Check for mistakes. If there are significant inconsistencies in the time alloc, they should be discussed and fixed.

Open manage/sched/resources.ods and check for inconsistencies, discuss them with other team members and reschedule revisions if needed. Modify manage/sched/sophie2-wbs.py if there are changes.

Modified schedule and/or report on work done on this task including smells, etc.
Implementation idea
Open manage/sched/resources.ods. For sheets Platform, Core, Main1, Extra, SCS, S2S, Supporting and End check if there are inconsistencies. This can be done by reviewing throughly dependencies. Mark lines you think are not properly allocated. You may decide to use custom columns in spreadsheet. Add a topic in Open Questions. Export the tasks for the next iteration and review it throughly. Discuss them with other members (mail-list, internal backlog) and decide whether to change them.

Design
Generate the Iteration page for Iteration 3 using the manage/sched/sophie2-wbs.py and check if there are tasks that cannot be done due to dependencies and other considerations. Mark them in the resources table by using information below. manage/sched/resources.ods For sheets Platform, Core, Main1, Extra, SCS, S2S, Supporting and End reset font color. Add a symbol or a string to column P for marking the inconsistent tasks and change the font color. Discuss with the team leader how to manage the inconsistencies - by adding them as Unplanned tasks or reordering tasks. Adding a forum topic for inconsistencies might be more useful than mail list.
Implementation
Implemented design section. Reset the font color of: Core, Base, Main, Extra, SCS. Generated ITERATION_03. Added SCHEDULE_WBS_TIME_ALLOC containing the task that should be paid attention. At the beginning of each iteration this page should be reviewed. Posted a forum topic 13.
