Regular Meetings

Regular meetings are part of the Scrum methodology

  • Weekly meetings
    • Weekly meetings are with fixed start once a week stand-up meetings
    • On weekly meetings each team member presents:
      • What has he/she done
      • What he/she plans to do
      • Are there any impediments
      • Proposals for discussion topic
  • Progress Checks
    • Progress checks are meetings with fixed start once a week. Progress checks are not live meetings, different teams participate via Skype
    • On progress checks each team member presents:
      • What has he/she declared
      • What has he/she done
      • Are there any impediments
      • What does he/she think about own and team velocity

Product owner participates at regular meetings. Each team member should be present on regular meetings. If a team member is not available for a meeting, he/she should find a representative and give him information about his/her progress. Impediments are added to the Internal Backlog and resolved by the Scrum master.

Non-regular meetings

  • Inter team meetings
    • Inter team meetings can be requested by every team member at any time.
    • Specific questions (that do not affect the whole team) are examined on inter team meetings that are scheduled or on mail group.
