Frame Halo opens the Frame Properties dialog.

Frame HUD controls:

 * Background Color -  changes the color of the frame background.

 * Increase Border Thickness -  increases frame border thickness.

 * Decrease Border Thickness -  decreases frame border thickness.

 * Border Color - changes the color of the frame border.

 * Transparency - changes the opacity of the frame.

 * Every color button invokes the [wiki:APP_COLOR_PICKER Color Picker Dialog]
