copy-paste-in-reader - The user should be able to copy text from frames and stickies, and to paste text into stickies.

Description
- Now Ctrl+V and Ctrl+C in reader do nothing, this is because the edit menu is disabled.
- However the Shift+Insert and Ctrl+Insert work, but only for text.
- We should enable copy paste items in the edit menu, and decide what objects we will allow to be copied.
