    11there needs to be a way to choose a consistent color for links other than typing in precise RGB values.  we need a color picker which allows for consistency.

     3 * We must have predefined colors, something like swathes. Other option is to preserve the used colors globally, so this way the user will always be able to use a color without having to enter RGB values or using the color picker.
