When you zoom in and out a page view, which contains a text frame, the frame's border changes or disappears.
If you zoom out to a number lower or equal to 50, the border of two or three of the sides of the frame disappears. If you zoom in to 125, no matter the "outline frames" is checked the same two sides of the frame looks as the "outline frames" is unchecked.

The proper behaviour is that the frame should have a border no matter the zoom size and this border should be with equal bolding to all sides.
