    11When a frame is low on the page, the HUDs can be hidden by the book window (see attached screenshot). The HUDs need to appear above the book window. 
     2 * Make the HUDs appear over the book window 
     3  * If possible, HUDs should appear over the flaps, too 
     4 * Make sure the halos stay where they are now, they should not be above windows or flaps
